Background:

Richard Austria grew up in California as a child and moved to Seattle Washington in 2000. Growing up with 3 sisters and 2 brothers who sing, Richard developed a love and passion for music. He started learning how to play guitar, bass, drums, and piano from his older brother, Ariel, and was inspired to start singing because of his eldest brother, Edwin. He began singing at the age of 9 and soon after, started honing his skills in music and composed his own songs at the age of 13. He has been composing and singing songs ever since.
